My company (TIPIK Communication Agency) mainly work for EU Institutions (all DGs), organising their high level events and communications. We started working with Larissa and her team in 2021 by contracting them small projects and they quickly showed their capacities to take bigger and more complex events and connected services. They now organise high-level events for us (involving Ministers and delegations) from 50 to 500 participants. In the contracted projects, they handle basic services such as registration of participants, booking of venue, catering, management of participants, booking of relevant supplier but are also often requested to manage more complex services such as Project Management, client relation, financial management, visual creation and branding of the event, scenography, complex AV deployment and management of VIPs (Protocol and Security). We collaborated in 2023 on around 18 full projects for the satisfaction of our end client (the European Commission) and of course for our full satisfaction.
