Description of the job:

As an Recruitment and Office Management Intern you will support our People and Operations departments. This internship offers a comprehensive immersion into human resources coordination and administrative managementwithin a fast-paced environment.

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Manage and process new applications received via the Liveforce platform
• Contact candidates by phone and efficiently schedule interviews
• Approve and maintain the accuracy of the personnel database on Liveforce
• Ensure timely and effective communication with staff via telephone regarding missions and logistics
• Prepare and organize uniforms and essential work accessories for the personnel • Verify that teams collect their uniforms in a timely manner and ensure they are prepared and well-presented for assignments
• Coordinate and supervise the missions on spot
• Conduct follow-up calls with Team Leaders based on questionnaires received from them
• Update the Uniforms tracking table and coordinate the collection of all work materials
• Assist the Planning and Operations Manager and the People Department Director by contacting personnel in cases of urgent cancellations or staff shortages and other relevant tasks
• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, responding to the telephone and dispatching requests or information to the relevant colleagues
• Manage the inventory of office supplies, process necessary orders, and record invoices  
• Support coordination with the building administrator as a key contact point, under the guidance of the People Department Director

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Office Management or a     related discipline.
• Fluency in English, French, and Dutch is required to effectively manage communication with diverse staff and external partners.
• Demonstrated proficiency in organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication abilities are essential.
• Proactive attitude and ability to effectively coordinate multiple administrative and logistical tasks.
