Busworld Europe 2025 once again proved to be the leading international trade fair for the bus and coach industry, bringing together key players from across the global mobility sector. For this edition, we at Elite Events, in close collaboration with Flow Events, supported MVC with the full organisation of their stand and overall presence at the event.
Our collaboration with MVC began when they contacted us while preparing for their participation at Busworld 2025. From the very first exchange, it was clear that MVC was looking for a partner who could deliver more than just a booth, they were looking for a partner capable of managing a complex, international project from start to finish. Their objective was to create a visually impactful, brand-aligned exhibition space that would stand out and support their communication goals throughout the event.

MVC’s main goals were to increase brand visibility, attract industry professionals, and communicate their vision in a clear and engaging way. The challenge for our team was to translate these ambitions into a functional and eye-catching booth, while managing tight timelines, technical requirements, and the logistical complexity of a large-scale international exhibition.
This challenge was further increased by the international dimension of the project. Two MVC departments, based in Germany and Egypt, were involved, each with different working methods and cultural approaches. In addition, the event brought together many Flemish participants, adding another dimension of cultural diversity.
Elite Events acted as the bridge between all parties, adapting communication styles and workflows to ensure smooth collaboration. Understanding and respecting these cultural differences was key to keeping the project aligned, efficient and stress-free for everyone involved.

Together with Flow Events, we provided MVC with a complete A–Z solution, taking care of every aspect of their participation. This included the development of the booth concept, custom design, and full build-up, ensuring consistency with MVC’s brand identity. Beyond the creative aspect, we handled full project management and technical coordination, liaising with partners, suppliers and organisers to ensure every detail was covered.
A crucial part of our role was the logistical management between the different departments. We maintained a clear overview of all materials on site, ensuring that every element arrived on time and was correctly installed. Given the high value of many stand components, careful inventory management was essential. Detailed material lists were created and monitored to minimise the risk of loss or theft, a common challenge at large international trade fairs.
As part of our commitment to excellence, our aim is to strengthen this process through the implementation of tracking solutions for key elements, delivering superior control and security of valuable materials.

Elite Events also managed the complete staffing solution. A multilingual team was selected to reflect the international nature of the event and MVC’s audience. With many languages spoken on the stand, clear and concise briefings were essential. Each staff member received detailed information about MVC, the products on display and key messages, ensuring they could confidently engage with visitors and represent the brand professionally.
Throughout the event, our teams were present on site to coordinate staff, manage logistics and respond quickly to any last-minute challenges.
In addition to the exhibition stand, Elite Events organised and coordinated MVC’s press conference. We oversaw the full setup, logistics and flow of the event, ensuring a professional and well-structured media moment. Close cooperation with Flow Events allowed for a smooth build-up phase, and the booth was fully operational from day one of Busworld Europe 2025.

MVC’s presence at Busworld Europe 2025 resulted in a strong and consistent brand visibility throughout the event. The booth attracted a steady flow of industry professionals and provided an effective platform for meetings, networking, and media engagement. The press conference was well attended and ran smoothly, reinforcing MVC’s positioning and communication objectives.
